This project is very nice, made a fill tests, with Codeproject version of your Demo and almost examples work with Linux server running Mono.Net 1.1.13. I had a problem with example 4. All examples are here
Cool thing that you tried this out, but it doesn't seem to work... You should really try OutPost version 1.2, as it autoconfigures itself in respect to installation path.
I think Hijax.NET is a good name, but maybe "Amsterdam" isn't bad choise. If You don't know, famous soccer club from Amsterdam is called Ajax. So you can name Your project after the best soccer players who played for Ajax Amsterdam, or something else wich have connection with this soccer club ;) What You think?

I was looking to see if I could use ur ajax with regular asp.
let me know please.

You can use it with ASP. I use it myself in a mixed ASP and ASP.NET 2.0 setup.
I found it to be the perfect migration tool, straight from ASP til AJAX and ASP.NET 2.0
